  • To qualify for a refund, you must not have downloaded or used the product. Once a download link is accessed, we are unable to issue a refund due to the nature of digital goods.

    • The reason for the refund request

  • We aim to respond to refund requests within 2 business days.

Exceptions

  • Refunds are not available for products that have been downloaded or accessed.

Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
